Principals Bios

Simon Heard

Our Chief Executive Officer Simon has over 20 years of global insurance broking experience and is delighted to assist as the first point of contact for clients requiring advice on their insurance arrangements.

Richard Frake

Richard has over 20 years of insurance experience having spent most of his career with a major Lloyds underwriting syndicate. Richard is responsible for all of Bond’s operational matters together with overseeing and maintaining the ongoing client service.

Tim Croft

Tim has over 10 years of corporate experience having previously worked at Merrill Lynch. Tim is responsible for handling day to day client enquiries and policy amendments.

Cathryn Jowett

Cathryn was involved at the start of Bond Private Insurance and has a shareholding in the Company. Although no longer involved in the day to day management, Cathryn provides consultative services to the business.
