The cover we arrange for your motor vehicles is quite remarkable. It's aimed at bypassing all of the usual niggles and exclusions. For example, you (and all named drivers) will be covered comprehensively when driving other cars. Equally, if someone who is not a family member drives one of your cars, they're also covered. The policy also includes full break down cover throughout Europe, and unusually, if your car is damaged and it's not your fault, you won't have a penalty put on your premium.

A customer had the left side of his car badly damaged and his very expensive stereo stolen by vandals whilst parked in a side street.

In order to make life easier, the policy we offer does not stipulate which garages people must use in this instance it suited the customer to take the car to his local garage.

The policy also provided for the use of a courtesy car similar to his own because we know how irritating it is to have to make do with an inferior vehicle.

Because the incident was not the customer's fault, he was reimbursed in full with no excess. And what's more, when he came to renew his policy, no penalty was added to his premium.
